摘要
在我国石油管道企业中,备件品种繁多,数量也很大,通过合理有效的方法对石油管道企业备件进行分类管理优化库存是势在必行的。利用ABC分类方法对石油管道企业备件进行分类,可以使有限的时间、资金、人力、物力等企业资源得到更有效的使用。这样的分类,可以为石油管道企业以后制定备件储备定额提供参考依据。
The petroleum pipeline enterprise, has a great variety of spare parts and the quantity of spare parts is big. Reasonable and effective spare parts classification management for oil pipeline to optimize inventory is imperative. Using ABC classification method for oil pipeline company spare parts classification, can make the limited time, money, manpower and material resources in the enterprises get more efficient use of resources. Such methods of classification can provide reference for reserve quota in oil pipeline companies.
