摘要
文中分析了我国中小企业的发展现状,描述了供应链金融的特点。主要从供应链金融的融资模式角度进行研究,用SWOT方法,重点对预付款融资、动产质押融资和应收账款融资三种融资模式进行了分析。阐述了解决中小企业融资难问题的新思路,论证了供应链金融在缓解中小企业融资难困境中的优势。
This paper analyzes the development status of the small and medium enterprises, describing the characteristics of the Supply Chain Finance. It is researching mainly from the perspective of Supply Chain Financing model, using the SWOT method ,focusing on the advance financing model,pledge of movable property model and receivables financing model. Setting out the new ideas of solving the financing problems of the small and medium enterprises who have the financing difficulties, demonstrating the advantages of the Supply Chain Financial in relieving the financing difficulties of the small and medium enterprises.
