摘要
文中首先分析了铁路仓储物流企业发展现状及所面临的形势,传统的铁路仓储物流向现代物流转型是其必然的发展趋势,然后从开展公铁联运及延伸服务业务,融入重点客户供应链网络,开展金融物流业务三个方向探讨了铁路仓储物流拓展现代物流业务的可行之路,最后提出在转型过程中市场化服务理念转变、仓储设施优化、信息技术服务、物流网络布局、人才培养等方面的建议措施。
