BMS系统和SIS系统控制碱炉点火及安全运行,对其测量仪表及控制逻辑优化,既可以保障碱炉运行的安全可靠性,又可以提高碱炉的运行可靠率,降低非计划停机导致的产量损失、设备损坏以及环保排放事件的发生。
The ignition and safe operation of alkali furnaces were controlled with BMS system and SIS system. The measuring instrument in BMS system and SIS system was logically optimized not only to improve the reliability in safety, but also to raise the reliability in operation of alkali furnace, reducing the output loss, equipment damage and discharge events to the environment due to non-scheduled down time.
