摘要
工程项目进度控制贯穿于整个工程项目的试车投产、工程施工、物资采购和勘察设计等全部过程。有效的工程项目进度控制能够大大缩短工程项目的建设工期,并保证工程项目质量,大幅度降低建设工程投资。本文首先阐述了工程项目进度控制原理;其次,重点分析了加权打分法在工程项目进度管理中的运用;最后,就工程项目进度控制措施进行了深入的探讨,具有一定的参考价值。
