摘要 对中长途载重轮胎胎面胶的配方进行优化。结果表明:在中长途载重轮胎胎面胶配方中以顺丁橡胶部分替代天然橡胶,并适当调整补强体系和硫化体系,可提高胶料的耐磨性能和耐屈挠性能,改善动态性能,降低压缩生热,减小滚动阻力;成品轮胎的耐久性能基本相当,生产成本降低。 The tread compound of middle and long distance truck and bus radial tire was optimized. The results showed that, by using cis-polybutadiene rubber to replace part of natural rubber in the tread compound,and adjusting the reinforcement system and curing system properly, the wear resistance,flexing resistance and dynamic properties of compound were improved, the compression heat buildup decreased, and the rolling resistance decreased. The endurance of finished tire changed little, and the production cost was reduced.
