摘要
对电位滴定法测钴过程共存元素锰、砷、铬、铁的干扰影响进行了实验研究,提出了消除干扰的方法,即将低价态的铬(Ⅲ)、铁(Ⅱ)、砷(Ⅲ)氧化为高价态的铬(Ⅵ)、铁(Ⅲ)、砷(Ⅴ),并将锰(Ⅱ)氧化为二氧化锰沉淀分离除去;同时对二氧化锰沉淀进行洗涤还原,并用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其中的钴含量以补偿电位滴定值。
Experimental study was made of interference effects of the coexisting elements including Mn, As, Cr and Fe on cobalt determination by potentiometric titration. The interference elimination methods are proposed,that is oxidizing low valence Cr (Ⅲ) ,Fe (Ⅱ ) and As (Ⅲ) to high valence Cr( Ⅵ) ,Fe (Ⅲ) and As (Ⅴ), and oxidizing Mn ( Ⅱ ) to MnO2 precipitate to be separated and removed. Otherwise, MnOe precip- itate is washed and reduced, and then its cobalt content is determined with flame atomic absorption spec trometry to equalize the measured value by potentiometric titration.
