摘要
对茂名分公司第四套常减压装置用能情况进行了分析,找出了用能存在的问题,并针对相关问题,对能量利用环节、回收环节和装置热联合进行优化,提出了节能优化措施。通过优化改造,装置能耗可下降17.2%。
The separation processes and heat exchanger network（HEN）of the fourth crude distillation unit（CDU） in Maoming Petrochemical Company are examined in this paper,and the bottlenecks of energy-use are identified. Targeted at the energy-use bottlenecks,energy utilization subsystem and energy recovery subsystem as well as heat integration between plants are optimized,and a few of optimal measures are presented and carried out to reduce the utility consumption of CDU.The revamp results in the utility consumption decreased by 17.2%.
