摘要
针对华北石化公司生产的聚丙烯成品等规指数测定条件的研究，提出一种符合实际情况准确率高且分析效率高的分析条件。考察了聚丙烯的粒度、萃取时间对等规指数测试结果的影响。结果表明，聚丙烯粒度为0．3～0．6／mm时，测定结果的准确性高；萃取时间为4h可获得稳定的测试结果。
Aimed at test condition of isotactic index of PP produced by PetroChina North China Fetro- chemical Company, a exact method meet to the reality with high accuracy and analysis efficiency was brought forward. The effects of particle size of PP samples and extraction time on test results of the isotactic index were studied. The results showed that an exacter test result was gained when particle size was 0. 3 - 0.6 ram, and a steady test result was arrived when extraction time was 4 h.
