摘要
探讨了系统平均视在频率及振荡频率的概念。根据系统振荡中心附近的电流特征 ,分析了实际振荡频率同根据假设的振荡频率估算电流突变量在振荡时输出的不平衡量之间的关系 ,提出了一种实时估算电力系统振荡频率的新方法 ,并分析了随机噪声以及系统运行方式变化对估算精度的影响 ,提出了相应的改进方法 ,同时考证了振荡频率发生变化时 ,该方法的响应速度。结果表明 ,该方法不受系统运行方式的影响 ,具有精度高。
After discussing the conceptions of power system average frequency and power system oscillation period. this paperanalyzes the characteristics of current near the center of oscillation and the r elation between real oscillation period andunbalance of current--change. which is derived from the presumed oscillation per iod. This paper presents a new method forestimating the oscillation period of power system. Some simulations are given fo r evaluating the influences by system case.harmonics, random noises and oscillation period--change. The results indicate th at this method is much precise for estimatingthe power system oscillation period and will not be influenced by the difference of system cases. It also responds quickly afterthe oscillation period changed.
