有效教学的多维视角——以语文教学为例

摘要 在汉语世界中,"效"有"效果"、"效率"、"效能"或"绩效"之意。多维视角探索实践语文"有效教学",能使语文有效教学发挥最大化的作用。以"效果"为取向的有效教学,体现的是价值视角,教师必须综合考虑三维的、学段的、课型的目标,把教学目标明确化、具体化,并采取相应的策略与方法;以"效率"为取向的有效教学,体现的是时间视角,要以主观的时间观和发展的时间观来指导教学;以"效能"为取向的有效教学,体现的是能力视角,必须促进教师语文学科与教育学科的双专业发展;以"绩效"为取向的有效教学,体现的是制度视角,要从绩效考核、归因、改进等环节保证有效教学的持续进行。 In Chinese, "effectiveness" has meanings of result, efficiency, potency and performance. The research of multidiinensional per spective and the practice of effecte Chinese teaching can maximize the effectiveness of Chinese teaching.The result oriented effectie teach ing reflects the perspective of value,teachers should consider the objectives of three dimension,stage of learning and types of lesson,make the objectives explicit and specific,and take relevant strategies and methods. The efficiency oriented effective teaching reflects the perspective of time and guide teaching through subjective and developmental concept of time. The potency oriented effective teaching reflects the perspective of ability, teachers' professional development of Chinese and education should be promoted. The performance ofiemed effective teaching re flects the perspective of system, peffommnce assessment, attribution and promotion can ensure the persistence of effective teaching.
