摘要
本文从水产养殖技术专利申请方面的发展现状出发,对历年来水产养殖领域的专利文献进行了统计分析,包括专利申请情况、重要申请人的专利特点、专利发展趋势等。通过上述分析研究得出中小企业在专利层面上的发展建议,包括利用专利信息和专利政策扶持等,从而使广大的中小企业从中受益,并促进整个水产养殖领域的健康发展。
Starting from the current development of aquaculture technology patent application, a statistical analysis was made on the patent literature over the years, including patent application, patent applicant characteristics and patent trends. Suggestions were made for SMEs in the patent level, including the use of patent information and patent policy support, so that the majority of SMEs can benefit from it, and to promote the healthy development of aquaculture.
