摘要
目的探讨针对下腰椎结核采用前后联合治疗的效果。方法 50例患有下腰椎结核的患者采用前后联合的治疗方法进行治疗,术后分析总结患者的治愈程度和随访分析总结患者的康复程度。结果术后46例患者获得随访,随访中患者矫正角度丢失1.4°,患者高度平均丢失2.4mm,随访中患者对手术满意度达到100.0%。结论前后联合治疗下腰椎结核效果明显,可有效地帮助患者恢复脊柱的稳定性,同时防止了患者出现后凸畸形,临床治疗中有良好的效果。
Objective To discuss the effects of lumbar tuberculosis with the front-back combination therapy. Methods Fifty patients with spinal tuberculosis were given front-back combination therapy, after the operation, the cured degree of the patients were summarized and analyzed, and the rehabilitation of patients were analyzed and summarized. Results Fortyisix patients were followed up. The loss of corrective angle was 1.4°, and the average high loss was 2.4 ram. The surgical satisfaction of patients was 100.0%. Conclusions The effect of front-back combination therapy for lumbar tuberculosis is good and significant. It can effectively help to restore the stability of the spine, and prevent the kyphosis.
