(Co(L-焦谷氨酸)_3)^(3+)配合物与DNA作用的荧光光谱研究

摘要 一些过渡金属配合物因能与DNA螯合而可以成为一种以DNA为靶分子的金属抗癌剂.以Co3+为中心离子的金属配合物易与DNA结合,光致发光强;且EB-DNA复合物中,EB发出的荧光比游离的EB本身发射的荧光强度大10倍.因此本文用EB作为荧光探针,通过荧光光谱法对〔Co(C5H7NO3)3〕3+与DNA的相互作用进行了初步研究,结果表明〔Co(C5H7NO3)3〕3+主要以静电形式与DNA作用,此结论通过〔Co(C5H7NO3)3〕3+-DNA-EB体系得到了验证. Some transition metal complex can be used to resist cancer via DNA as target. The transition metal com- plex with Co3+ was easy to chelae with DNA and has high photoluminescence.The fluorescence intensity of EB in EB-DNA complexes is 10 times higher than free EB itself. So a preliminary study on the [Co (C5H7NO3)3]3+ interact- ed with Calf thymus DNA in solution was carried by fluorometry. The results showed that the electrostatic action was the model of the complex and DNA, this conclusion was also proved by the EB-DNA- [Co (C5H7NO3)3]3+ system.
