摘要
校企合作的"厂中校"建设,虽经多年探索,但因受多重因素——机制因素、教师因素、学院和企业方面因素等影响,在实施中遇层层阻碍。高职的教学定位,决定了校企合作的"厂中校"建设是重要的教学内容。通过分析影响"厂中校"建设的阻碍因素,将解决问题的着眼点回归到学校教育和企业盈利的本质上,从而寻求校企合作的利基点,为日后合作"厂中校"建设,实现双方共赢奠定基础。
Although it has been years in exploring the construction of ＂colleges inside enterprises＂ by college-enterprise cooperation, it is affected by various factors, including mechanism factor, teachers factor, colleges factor and enterprises factor. It is difficult to put into effect. Higher vocational teaching orientation determines the construction of ＂colleges inside enterprises＂ by college-enterprise is the important teaching content. Through analyzing the obstacle factors affecting its construction, the emphasis of solving problems is put on the essence of colleges＇ education and enterprises benefit so that it can seek the benefit basic points of college-enterprise cooperation, which lays foundation to realize win-win for the construction of ＂colleges inside enterprises＂ in future.
