摘要
翅片管束发生凝结换热对换热效果影响重大.选定含湿混合气体(温度75~94℃和水蒸气质量分数12%~20%),对该气体横掠翅片管束的凝结换热进行了实验研究.通过对实验数据的分析,得到混合气体进口温度、混合气体流速、不凝性气体质量分数对凝结换热过程的影响,并拟合得到凝结换热Nu数的准则关系式.
Abstract: The occurrence of condensation has significant effect on heat transfer of finned tube bundles. In this essay, the heat transfer experiments are carried out to study the moist air flowing and condensing across the finned tube bundles and, with the range of temperature 75-94℃ and vapor mass fraction is 12%~20%. According to the experimental data, the mixed gas imports temperature, velocity, and the non-condensable gas mass fraction has notable impact on the condensation heat transfer process. And the criterion equation of Nu numbers are fitting for this process.
