摘要
生猪是浙江畜牧业的第一大产业,生猪产业带头人培育是实现生猪产业稳定发展的最重要因素。通过对244户省级生猪产业带头人的调查,剖析了他们的年龄、文化程度、养殖规模、培训情况等特征,总结了他们在生产中所面临的生产技术与资金管理等主要难题,以及他们对知识更新的需求偏向于新型的培训组织形式和实战性强的技术培训内容,并提出了制定培养规划、创新培训机制、拓展培训内容与服务领域、搭建信息交流对接平台等政策建议。
Pig production is one of the major industries of Zhejiang animal husbandry. Industry leader is the most important factor of stable development of pig industry. According to a survey of 244 households in the pig industry lead- ers, age, educational level, the scale of farming, training conditions and other characteristics were analyzed, and the main problems faced in the production of the production technology and financial management were summarized, which indicated that their knowledge update demand was inclined to new training organization and practical technical training. Some suggestions such as formulating training plan, innovating training mechanism, expanding innovation training content amt services, building up a communication platform were proposed.
