摘要
为考察体育参与程度、体育锻炼频度、体育锻炼负荷等不同体育参与行为对大学生心理健康状况的影响,采用问卷调查法和心理测量法(SCL-90)对大连市高校的421大学生的体育参与行为和心理健康状况进行了调查分析.研究结果表明:经常性的有规律地参与体育锻炼,有助于大学生群体心理健康整体水平的提高和改善.在经常性参与体育锻炼的前提下,保持一定频度(每周3次以上)的体育锻炼方式更有利于大学生群体心理健康状况的改善.在大学生群体所处的年龄阶段,不同的锻炼负荷对心理健康状况并没有明显的影响.
The mental health status of university students has aroused widely concern;meanwhile the study about effective psychological intervention also has very high practical significance. In order to investigate the influence about different degree of physical exercise participation, different physical exercise frequency and different exercise load on the university student^mental health,421 university student' behavior of participate in physical exercise and level of mental health were investigated by questionnaire(SCL-90). The results show that recurrent and regularly participate in physical exercise contribute to the improvement of mental health. On the premise of regular participation in physical exercise, maintaining a certain frequency (more than three times a week) of physical exercise is more favorable to improve the condition of the mental health. At the age of university students, effects of different exercise load on mental health status were not significantly different.
