摘要
分析了网络中多媒体传输同步的基本问题,在分组交换网络基础上,提出了一种计算单媒体流的端到端延迟、缓冲区大小的方法,并把它应用于多媒体流中,对源端和目的端时钟不同步问题也作了一定的分析.
The basic problems of synchronization of network-based media streams are analyzed in this paper. Based on the packet-switch network,this paper present a method of computing the end-to-end delay and buffer size. This method is also applied in the multi-media streams situation. In particular,these parameters are used to allow a trade-off between the packet loss rate and total end - to - end delay.
