摘要
以阳光体育运动为背景,现代大学体育教育观念为指导,分析了当前高校体育课内外一体化教学模式的重要意义。并结合大学体育课程教学实践,从积极开展体育课外活动,加强校园体育文化建设;突出学生课内主体地位和教师课外指导作用,改革传统体育教学模式;建立大学体育课内外一体化教学的考核评价体系等方面对其进行了探讨,有利于大学体育课程教学质量的提高。
Under the guidance of the modem college PE teaching concept , the paper analyzed the significance of integrating the inside and outside the college physical education class teaching mode. Combined the teaching practice of Sports activities with strengthening the construction of campus sports culture; the paper discussed the relationship between students and the role of teacher in extracurricular , the traditional sports teaching mode reform , the evaluation system of establishing a new teaching mode of integrating inside and outside P. E class in order to improve the quality of college physical education.
