摘要:选用体重15kg左右的杜×长×大三元杂交断奶仔猪126头,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复14头。试验时间20天。试验结果表明:与对照组相比,抗生素组、微生态组分别显著提高小猪日增重2.38%、2.55%,显著降低料肉比0.08、0.09(P〈0.05),两组之间差异不显著(P〉0.05);与对照组相比,抗生素组、微生态组可显著降低腹泻率48.92%(P〈0.05)。研究证明,适宜添加量的微生态制剂能够取代15—30kg小猪日粮中的抗生素。
126 crossbred pigs ( Duroc × Yorkshire × Landrace, 15kg) were used in the exper- iment in order to study the effects of the microbial ecological agent on growth of pigs. The pigs were divided into 3 groups (2 treatment groups and one control group)randomly, each group in- cluded 42 crossbred pigs, three replicates. Comparing with the control group, average daily gain (ADG) in the antibiotic group and the microbial ecological agent group increased by 2.38% and 2.55% (P 〈0.05 ) respectively. There was no difference between the antibiotic group and micro- bial ecological agent group. Comparing with the control group, feed conversion and diarrhea rate in antibiotic group and microbial ecological agent group decreased by 0.08 and 0.09 ( P 〈 0.05 ) re- spectively. The result showed that the microecological preparation could be an alternative to antibiotics during 15 - 30kg growing periods of piglets.
