摘要
对聚四氟乙烯管焊接技术进行了研究,提出了一种双向加压焊接法,即在PTFE管焊接时,通过采用加压装置对焊接处进行双向加压,有效地控制了焊接处PTFE熔体的压力,提高了焊接处PTFE熔体的流动性能,从而使焊接后焊缝强度达到原先的80%以上,并且使焊缝处表面光滑平整。
It proposes the the PIFE pipe welding technology,puts forward a kind of method welding process with two-way pressure. At welding it takes two-way pressure on weld joint with device. This device can control the joint pressure of welded pipe,enhance the liquidity in joint and improve the strength of joint more than twenty percent,keep the smooth of joint.
