摘要
以某挖掘机为试验对象,利用偏相干分析法对其驾驶室噪声源进行研究。研究中对驾驶室噪声信号进行频谱分析,确定影响驾驶室噪声的主要频率。建立挖掘机多输入单输出系统,利用偏相干函数排除输入信号之间的相关影响,计算残余信号对输出的贡献,并在各主要频率上对噪声源贡献排序。发现该挖掘机驾驶室的主要噪声源为进气噪声、排气噪声和发动机噪声。
It studies the noise source identification of excavator cab based on partial coherence analysis method and testing an excavator. It analyzes the cab's noise signal spectrum, identifies the main frequency contributing the cab's noise, establishes a multi-input and single-output system of excavator. Using partial coherence function, it reemeoves the coherent effects from input signals, and calculates the effect on output from the rest of the signal. Finally, it sorts the order in terms of noise contribution rate. The results show that the induction noise, exhaust noise and engine noise are the primary noise sources of this excavator cab.
