摘要
研究了NiCuZn系LTCF流延生磁带多种分散剂(蓖麻油、磷酸二丁酯、三乙醇胺)、固含量对流延浆料粘度以及生磁带微观结构的影响。结果表明,以蓖麻油为分散剂,当分散剂含量为2%、浆料固含量为62%时,制备的浆料分散性、流动性良好。885℃烧成生磁带的电磁性能优良,初始磁导率为343,功率损耗为272.6kW/m3,电阻率为4.8×1010Ω.cm,满足叠成片式功率电感用铁氧体材料的应用要求。
Effects of dispersants (castor oil, tributyl phosphate, triethanolamine) and solid content of NiCuZn system LTCF green tape on the slurry and microstructure were investigated. The results indicate that castor oil selected as dispersant and when the dispersant content is 20/00, solid content is 62%, the samples sintered at 885 ℃ possess excellent electromagnetic properties: initial permeability is 343, power loss is 272. 6 kW/ms, resistivity is 4.8×10^10Ω·cm. It is promising as a candidate of multilayer chip power inductor.
