摘要
卫星结构由于其应用环境的特殊性,对重量、变形量级等都有严格的限制,在其结构设计时除进行数值计算外,关键部件必须进行模型试验.基于弹性力学的线性叠加原理,针对多点承载桁架式卫星结构的静力试验,提出“单点加载,多点输出”的测试方法.
The satellite structure is very crucial to the constrains of the weight and deformation due to its special operation environment. As for the multi point loaded frame structure used in satellite, the model test is very difficult since it is not easy to applied multi point loads simultaneously. Based on the superposition principle of linear elasticity, a static model test method——single input, multiple output——was proposed for the static test of such structure. The test data are well in agreement with the FEM analysis results. In the case of multi point load, the present method is suggested to use, if it is difficult to apply the point load simultaneously and the applied load's quantity is large.
