摘要
聚四氟乙烯绝缘定型管是由聚四氟乙烯绝缘直管经过高温加热、在定型模具中弯曲、冷却定型后,所得具有一定形状的聚四氟乙烯管件。其管体性能由定型工艺(如加热、冷却温度和时间)所决定,定型管外形尺寸则由定型模具尺寸决定。主要对绝缘定型管的定型工艺、定型模具及检验工装的设计作简要说明。
The PTFE insulation Shaped tube is made of PTFE straight tube, the process includes high temperatm＇e heating, bending in the setting ,node and cooling. The shaped tube performance depends on setting processes, including heating treatment, eooling temperature anti time. The tube dimension is finalized by the berating mold. The paper briefly explains the setting process of PTFE insulation shaped tube and its setting mold and inspection tooling design.
