摘要
长潭水库是台州市法定饮用水水源地,同时也担负着台州市中心城区的防洪保安重任,2002年至2005年水库实施了除险加固工程.通过水力复核对除险加固后对长潭水库大坝及发电洞、泄洪洞和溢洪道闸建筑物现场检查、监测资料分析、结构计算等,表明这些水工建筑物完全达到设计的安全标准,并在此基础上提出了安全建议.
Changtan Reservoir, the legal drinking water source in Taizhou, was reinforced in power tunnel and discharging tunnel from 2002 to 2005, which shoulders on the responsibility of flood control security in Taizhou central city. The safety standards are proved to fully meet the design of hydraulic structure by the hydraulic review after the consolidation engineering of Changtan Reservoir, as well as the site inspection, monitoring data analysis, and structural calculation on reservoir dana, power tunnel, spillway tunnel and spillway sluice. Some safety recommendations are also put forward in the paper.
