摘要
在对直齿圆柱齿轮进行三维建模时,可通过利用插件、编程、其他软件和直接造型法来实现,每种方法各有优缺点.直接造型法选用圆弧曲线代替轮齿渐开线直接成形,直接、方便、易用.但该方法近似地以每个齿廓在分度圆上的弦长代替了弧长,存在一定的误差,直径越小、齿数越少,误差越明显.所以,对该方法进行改进,以轮齿的齿廓在分度圆上所对应的圆心角,准确找出轮齿齿廓在分度圆上对应的点.以此改进后的建模方法生成的齿轮,误差更小、更接近于实际,相比其他建模方法更优.
Three-dimensional modeling of spur cylindrical gear can be realized by using the plug-in, programming, other software and direct modeling method. Each method has advantages and disadvantages. The direct modeling method uses the circular arc curve in-stead of the gear tooth involute to draw, which is direct, convenient and easy. However, the method has certain error because it ap- proximately replaces the arc length with each profile chord in dividing circle, and the error will be more obvious if the diameter is smal- ler, or the teeth number is less. Therefore, the method needs to be improved, by which the corresponding point of the gear tooth profile in the pitch circle is accurately identified by the corresponding central angle. The gear generated by this improved modeling method has less error and is more close to the reality. Compared with other modeling methods, the improved modeling method is much better.
