可吸收髓内钉与记忆合金环抱器治疗多根、多处肋骨骨折的对照试验 被引量:4

摘要 目的:比较可吸收髓内钉与记忆合金环抱器治疗多根、多处肋骨骨折疗效的差异。方法:纳入34例多根多处肋骨骨折患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组17例采用髓内钉固定,治疗组17例采用记忆合金环抱器固定。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院天数及并发症情况。结果:治疗组手术时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术中出血量、术后住院天数及并发症比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:记忆合金环抱器治疗多根、多处肋骨骨折具有手术操作简单、手术时间短、创伤小、固定牢靠、效果显著等优点,目前是比较理想的固定材料。 Objective To compare the effect of absorbable intramedullary nail and memory alloy embracing fixation for multiple rib frac- tures. Method 34 cases of multiple ribs fracture patients were included and randomly divided into control group( n = 17 )treated with the absorbable intramedullary nail and experimental group( n = 17 )treated with memory alloy embracing fixation. Operative time, blood loss, postoperative hospital stay and complications of these two groups were compared. Results The operation time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), intraoperative blood loss, postoperative length of hospital stay and complications did not differ Significantly(P 〉0. 05). Conclusion Memory aUoy embracing fixation has more simple operation ,shorter operative time,less invasive treatment in multiple ribs fracture fixation,the result advantages obviously, and it is an ideal fixation materials.
