摘要 为了探索客观、合理的水质评价方法,本文将信息熵和综合水质标识指数法结合,并应用于2010年7月~2011年6月海河水系6个国家监测点的水质评价中。与传统方法相比,该方法在信息熵权的计算和综合标识指数法计算的过程中,充分挖掘各指标监测数据的深层信息,使得评价结果更加合理。基于本文建立的评价模型对6个监测点的水质评价结果表明:1.在2010年7月~2011年6月期间,海河水系中研究的6个监测点的水质都能满足功能区目标,但具体水质仍存在空间差异和季节波动性;2.结合同类的研究,分析表明海河水系水质总体上得到了改善,反映出近年来针对海河水系治理的相关政策和措施合理、可行。 In order to explore an objective and reasonable water quality evaluation method, this article combined information Entropy with comprehensive water quality identification index method, and applied in Haihe river ( six national monitoring stations) in July 2010 to 2011 June. Compared with traditional methods, this method fully excavated information of various indexes monitoring data in entropy weight calculation and comprehensive water quality identification index calculation, making the evaluation result more reasonable. The results showed that ( 1 ) the water quality of six monitoring points met the water target function in Haihe River during July 2010 to 2011 June, but the space differences and seasonal fluctuation for specific water quality were still existed; (2) combined with colleague "s research, results showed that the Haihe river water quality have improved generally, reflecting the related policies and measures were reasonable and practicable to improve the water quality of Haihe river in recent years.
