论校院两级管理体制下研究生心理健康教育的新模式 被引量:7

摘要 随着研究生招生规模的不断扩大以及教育改革的不断深入,研究生校院两级管理体制开始形成并逐渐成熟。分析研究生校院两级管理体制的形成及特点,探讨当前研究生心理健康教育存在的问题,提出研究生心理健康教育工作应从成立研究生心理健康教育的专门领导机构和专职服务机构开始,构建由导师——辅导员——班级心理委员、实验室心理宣传员和寝室心理信息员全员参与的心理健康教育新模式,弥补了国内研究领域对研究生心理健康教育实现途径的探索不足。 As the enrollment scale of graduate students increased and professional education reform deepened, the two-level administration system in graduate school began to take shape and gradually mature. This paper analyzes the formation and characteristics of the two-level administration system in graduate school, discusses the current problems of the mental health education for postgraduates, puts forward that psychological education for graduate students should begin with setting up specialized leading institutions and professional service institutions, and builds a new mental health education mode with the full participation of tutors instructor psychological member in class committee, laboratory psychological propagandist as well as dormitory psychological feedback, which makes up for exploration shortage of the ways of the implementation in postgraduates mental health education in domestic research field.
