According to Davenport′s pectra preperties and Mode Synthesize Method, vibration equation of tall structures have been built under the action of wind loading. An improvement of method is proposed to calculate the maximum values of level displacement, moment distance and wind force etc for the structure under the action of wind loading. The vibration properties of a 40 stories concrete frame structure have been calculated and computer programs have been compiled.
