摘要
介绍了基于互联网上开展商务活动的电子商务(EC)的概念和特征.通过分析说明中国国家信息化基础结构已初具规模,中国参与全球化EC发展进程的时机已经到来.指出了目前中国大规模地推行EC存在的障碍,并提出了相应的对策.
The concepts and characteristics of electronic commerce (EC) are introduced. It is shown that the national information intrastructure in China has been established in certain scale at present. The opportunity to participate the global EC development for China has come. The obstacles of massive implementation of EC in China and the corresponding counter-measures are pointed cut.
