摘要
以硅酸钠、硫酸铝、硫酸锌为原料在高剪切条件下制备出无机高分子聚硅酸铝锌絮凝剂,通过正交实验和单因素优化实验研究了SiO2含量、pH、活化时间、n(Al+Zn)∶n(Si)、n(Al)∶n(Zn)对絮凝剂絮凝效果的影响。结果表明,各因素对絮凝剂絮凝效果影响大小依次为pH>SiO2含量>n(Al+Zn)∶n(Si)>n(Al)∶n(Zn)>活化时间;絮凝剂的最优制备条件:SiO2质量分数为3.0%,pH为3,活化时间为85 min,n(Al+Zn)∶n(Si)为1.5,n(Al)∶n(Zn)为2.0。以此条件下制备的聚硅酸铝锌絮凝剂处理200 mL浊度为200 mg/L的高岭土废水,当其投加量为3 mL时絮凝效果最好。
Sodium silicate, aluminum sulfate and zinc sulfate have been used for preparing inorganic silicate-aluminum-zinc pH, activating reaction polymer poly- flocculant (PSAZF)under the condition of high shear. The flocculating effects of Si02 dosage time,n (AI+Zn) :n (Si)and n (A1) :n (Zn) on the flocculant are investigated,by orthogonal experiments and single factor optimization experiments. The results indicate that the sequence of flocculating effect of influencing factors on the flocculant according to their influencing degree is pH〉SiO2 content〉n(Al+Zn):n(Si)〉 n (A1):n (Zn)〉activating time. And the optimum preparation conditions are as follows :SiO2 mass fraction is 3.0%, pH =3, activating reactions time 85 rain, and n (A1 +Zn) :n (Si) = 1.5 and n (A1) :n (Zn) =2.0. The kaolin wastewater, whose turbidity is 200 mg/L and volume 200 mL,is treated with poly-silicate-aluminum-zinc flocculant prepared un- der these conditions. When the dosage of PSAZF is 3 mL, the flocculating efficacy is the best.
