摘要
近年来先进复合材料已经成为航空航天结构的基本材料之一。为满足航空业对高性能低成本制备工艺技术和减重方面的高要求,先进复合材料以其相对密度小、质损率低、比强度比模量高、耐高温性能好、热膨胀系数小、耐疲劳性能优越等独特优点获得广泛应用,并具有极大的发展潜力。文中从应用状况、环境损伤行为与机理、国内外发展形势等角度对炭/双马复合材料的研究进展进行了全面系统的回顾与总结,并对今后的发展和研究方向作了探讨,供我国在该领域的研究和应用参考。
Advanced composite materials (ACM) have became the basic materials of the aerospace structures in recent years. To meet the high performance, low cost and weight reduction requirements, ACM have attracted extensive attention and showed potential applications because of their excellent characteristics, such as low specific weight, low mass loss (ML) rate, high specific strength and specific modulus, good high temperature resistance, low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE), good fatigue resistance and so on. In this paper, recent progress of carbon/ bismaleimide composites in the aerospace engineering was comprehensively reviewed with respect to the different aspects of their application, environmental damage behaviors and mechanisms, domestic and overseas developments. Some future trends are also discussed to provide the consult for the future study in this field.
