摘要
本文首先给出了氨合成装置现场仪表设计选型严禁采用铜及铜合金材料的化学机理,提出了氨合成装置中温度、流量、液位、控制阀等仪表的设计选型方案。文章还详细介绍了多点式热电偶、表面热电偶、平衡流量计、均速管流量计、质量流量计、远传双法兰液位计、外浮筒液位开关、高压角阀、高压蝶阀等检测及控制仪表,说明这几种仪表在氨合成装置中的具体应用情况。
This paper firstly gives the chemical mechanism of ammonia synthesis field instrument design selection in which the use of copper and copper alloy materials is strictly prohibited the use of copper and copper alloy materials.It also proposeds the temperature,flow, liquid level,control valve selection of the design scheme.Additionaly it ilntroduces in detail the multipoint thermocouple,surface thermocouple,average velocity tube flow meter, bbalanced flow meter,thermal mass flow meter, remote double flange level meter,the outer float liquid level switch,high pressure angle valve,high pressure butterfly valve etc,and explains these types of measuring appliance in synthetic ammonia installment concrete application situation.
