摘要
采用紫外-氯化锂诱变法对嗜热链球菌进行复合诱变,最终筛选得到一株高富硒率的嗜热链球菌突变株ZZ-CW4.实验结果表明,在紫外诱变时间为15s,氯化锂添加量为1.0mg/mL时,复合诱变条件最佳,嗜热链球菌的富硒率达到83.43%.与出发菌株相比,富硒率提高了47.94%.突变菌株ZZ-CW4经10次传代培养,其遗传性状保持稳定.
To screen a plant of high Selenium concentration Streptococcus thermophilus strain, ultraviolet radiation and chemical compound mutagenesis method were studied in this study. Experimental results showed that.with UV mutagenesis time to 15 s and the amount o{ lithium chloride 1.0 mg/mL, compound mutation conditions were the best. The rate of Streptococcus thermophilus selenium-enriched reached 83. 43%. Compared with the original strain, the the selenium enriching rate inereased by 47.94%. After mutant strains ZZ-CW4 being subcultured 10 times,its genetic traits remained stable.
