摘要
信号转导通路在细胞生长、增殖和凋亡等生命活动中具有极为重要的作用,干扰这些通路将可能影响动物细胞的正常发育,甚至导致肿瘤的发生。细胞凋亡普遍存在于动物发育过程中。microRNA(miRNA)是一类高度保守的、非编码小RNA,在转录后水平负调节靶基因的表达,其靶基因数目众多,生物学功能广泛。论文着重对miRNA如何调控动物细胞凋亡过程这一生物学作用的研究进展做一综述,旨在为细胞凋亡相关研究提供新的视野。
Signal transduction pathways play very important roles in various processes of cell life including growth,proliferation and apoptosis.Disruption of these pathways may affect normal animal cell growth and development,and even gives rise to tumors.Apoptosis is ubiquitous during animal development.MicroRNA(miRNA)are highly conserved,non-coding small RNA in eukaryotes that negatively regulate target gene expression at the post-transcriptional level,they play essential and pervasive roles in diverse biological processes.This review focused the biological action of miRNA regulation of animal cell apoptosis process recently in order to provide us a new view of cell apoptosis research.
