摘要
本文筛选比较了 62 5株细菌、153株霉菌、2 7株放线菌对果胶、淀粉、纤维素和半纤维素的降解能力。选用了降解能力和抗逆能力均强的芽孢杆菌 [HB( 35) 0 5]、霉菌 [M ( 2 1) 0 1]和放线菌 [HA( 32 ) 0 1]各 1株作为种子 ,进行了人工接种堆肥试验 ,试验表明 ,接种 1 5%能缩短发酵时间 16h。
This thesis screened 625 strains bacteria,153 strains moulds,27 strains actinomyces,and compared their ability of degrading pectic substances,fiber and semi-fiber.1 strain bacillus,l strain mould[M(21)01]and l strain actinomyces [HA(32)01]that have strong degradation and ant-biosis ability are used as artificial species,many artificial inoculating experiments were made.Inoculating 1.5% can shorten the fermentation time 16h.
