摘要
对铁电陶瓷材料老化、疲劳及电阻率退化的物理机制进行了综合评述。着重讨论了氧空位与畴界。
The main physical mechanisms of aging,fatigue and resistivity degradation in the ferroelectric ceramics were reviewed in this paper.Effects of the interaction between oxygen vacancies and domain boundaries,grain boundaries and interfaces on property degradati on of ferroelectrics were discussed in detail.
