摘要
阐述一种基于工业以太网的分布式输入输出(I/O)测控系统在某设备综合实验装置中的实际应用,分别对其硬件配置、软件设计和系统特点进行了详细介绍。经实验验证,该系统可靠性高、抗干扰能力强、控制准确、方便扩展和升级,测量和控制效果良好。
The application of a new, industrial Ethemet-based distributed I/O measurement and control system is introduced. The system architecture, hardware configuration, and software design are respectively described in detail, as well as the system feature analysis. Proved by tests, this system has the advantages of high reliability, strong anti-interference capacity, high precision and easy to expand. Good control effects have been obtained in practical applications.
