摘要
为了有效预防白芨沟矿2421下分层综放面煤自燃,先通过地面钻孔注FCJ-12复合胶体封堵漏风通道,再通过钻孔注入MCJ12高分子胶体进行灭火。实践证明,分步灌注FCJ-12复合胶体和MCJ12高分子胶体可有效封闭下分层开采过程中的漏风通道,阻止浆液的流失和控制高温区域的发展,从而确保下分层工作面的安全开采。
In order to effectively prevent spontaneous combustion in the longwall top-coal ca- ving face of No.2421 lower seam at Baijigou Coal Mine, holes were drilled from the surface to in- ject FCJ--12 composite gel to seal the leaking passageway, then MCJ12 macro-molecular gel was injected through the holes for extinguishing potential sources of fire. The practice showed that step-by-step injection of FCJ12 composite gel and MCJ12 macro-molecular gel could effectively seal a leaking passageway that existed during mining of the lower seam. This practice also preven- ted the loss of slurry water and controlled the development of the high-temperature zone. Subse- quently, mining of the lower seam face may be undertaken safely.
