摘要
目的:探讨心理护理在产科护理工作中的应用。方法:选取我院产科自2009年5月～2012年10月期间收诊的318例的孕妇为研究对象,所有孕妇在入院治疗期间均给予心理护理,回顾性分析其临床心理护理资料并进行总结性报道。结果:所有孕妇均顺利分娩,未出现死胎;自然分娩206例,剖宫产112例,剖宫产率为35.22%;平均总产程为(8.73±2.44)h,平均出血量为(214.58±13.72)ml;胎儿中有1例出现兔唇,1例出现黄疸,1例六指,其余未出现畸形或者产后疾病。结论:在产科护理中给予孕妇及时合理的产前、产程中和产后心理护理有助于减轻孕妇分娩痛苦,促进孕妇和胎儿健康,建议在临床中大力推广使用。
Objective： To investigate the application of psychological nursing in obstetric nursing work. Methods： Select obstetric hospital from May 2009 to October 2012, doctors received 318 cases of pregnant women for the study, all pregnant women were given psychological nursing during hospital treatment, retrospective analysis of clinical psychological nursing information and summary reports. Results： All pregnant women were successfully childbirth, stillbirth does not appear, natural childbirth 206 cases, cesarean section 112 cases, cesarean section rate was 35.22%, average total production process （8.73 ± 2.44） h, the average blood loss was （214.58±13.72） ml. Fetus in one case of cleft lip, one case of jaundice, one case with six fingers. The rest does not appear malformations or post-natal disease. Conclusion： Timely prenatal and birth process and postpartum psychological nursing given to pregnant women in obstetric nursing, can alleviate the suffering of pregnant women, promote the health of pregnant women and fetuses, recommended to vigorously promote the use in clinical practice.
