摘要
药物的可及性是指患者能够在合理的距离内方便地在医疗机构获得基本药物,并在经济上可以负担。笔者首先引入罕见病药物可及性概念及影响因素,指出影响药品可及性的两个决定性因素为可获得性和可及性,并在此基础上分析了国内外实现药物的可及现状,提出了实现我国罕见病药物可及策略。
Drug attainability refers to the patients can conveniently obtain essential medicines from medical institutions within a reasonable distance, and also able to afford them. Firstly, this article introduces the concept and influencing factors of rare disease drugs attainability, and points out that the two decisive influencing factors of drug attainability are availability and accessibility. It analyzes the current situation of rare disease drugs attainability on this basis, puts forward to carry out accessibility strategy of rare disease drugs in China.
