摘要
绿色荧光蛋白(green fluorescence protein;GFP)自从发现以来,备受人们的关注。随着对GFP不断深入地研究、认识和其自身的不断发展,我们对其认识也愈加深入、透彻,其在生命科学领域的应用愈加广泛。主要论述了近年来GFP的指示作用在蚕桑业中定位、基因指示、转基因技术以及在生物反应器等方面的应用及发展,从而指出GFP或许会被兼具GFP和酶类蛋白双重优势的新型蛋白取代,并展望通过GFP能够将其这些技术和其它学科联系并整合成为一个生产体系或者产业链,双色荧光体系乃至多色荧光体系将更广泛的应用到生命科学中。
Green fluorescent protein (GFP) has been given much more attention since discovered. GFP was widely used in the field of life sciences. The instruction function of the GFP in serieulture science is mainly discussed. GFP may be replaced by a new type of protein with dual advantage of GFP and enzyme. And it was prospected that these technologies and multi-disciplinary coherence will be integrated into a production system or a industry chain, and two-color fluorescence system and multicolor fluorescence system will be more widely applied to the lite sciences.
