摘要 目的探讨子宫内膜癌(EC)患者NF-κB传导通路相关基因多态性与EC发生发展的关系。方法选择EC患者100例(EC组)、健康体检者100例(对照组)为研究对象,采用PCR-RFLP技术检测两组NF-κB传导通路上的NF-κB(-94ins/delATTG)、TNF-α(G-308A)、一氧化氮合酶(iNOS,C608T)、环氧化酶-2(COX-2,T8473C)位点的基因多态性,并进行对比分析。结果两组NF-κB(-94ins/delATTG)位点基因多态性出现频率比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),TNF-α(G-308A)、iNOS(C608T)、COX-2(T8473C)位点基因多态性出现频率比较无统计学差异(P均>0.05)。结论 NF-κB传导通路NF-κB(-94ins/delATTG)位点的基因多态性与EC的发生发展有关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between genetic polymorphisms of NF-κB signaling pathway and endometrial carcinoma in patients. Methods A total of 100 patients with endometrial carcinoma (EC group) and 100 healthy female individuals ( control group) were voluntarily recruited. Genetic polymorphisms of NF-κB ( -94ins/delAT- TG), TNF-α (G-308A), (iNOS, C608T) and (COX-2, T8473C) in NF-κB signaling pathway were detected by PCR- RFLP technique and then comparative analysis was conducted. Results There were statistically significant differences in the frequency of occurrence of NF-KB (-94ins/delATl'G) genetic polymorphism between the two groups (P 〈 0.05 ). In addition, no statistically significant differences were observed in genotypes and allele frequencies at TNF-α (G-308A), iN- 0S(C608T) and COX-2 (T8473C) ( all P 〉0.05). Conclusion Genetic polymorphisms of NF-κB(-94ins/delATl'G) in NF-κB signaling pathway are associated with endometrial carcinoma.
