摘要
主要介绍了一台150 t门座起重机发生变幅机构在增幅过程中的非正常现象。并通过故障树分析法对电气相关线路排查以及对涡流制动器运行过程的特征识别、分析,得出该现象产生的原因和故障点。并提出相应解决方案,使得该起重机恢复正常工作。
The paper mainly introduces certain abnormities occurring during the amplification process of the luffing mechanism of certain 150t Portal Slewing crane. The fault tree analysis method is adopted for inspection of related electrical line, as well as the characteristic identification and analysis during the operation of eddy brake, to figure out the cause and fault points. Therefore, the corresponding solutions are put forward to enable the crane to operate in a normal way.
