摘要
目的探讨预见性护理管理在感染科陪护中的应用效果,提高患者满意度。方法选取2010年5月-2012年4月医院感染科住院治疗的548例患者,均随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组在治疗期间采取预见性护理管理,而对照组则采取常规的护理方式,记录两组患者的作息时间、执行医嘱情况、并发症、对护士满意度等,并进行相应比较分析。结果观察组的合理作息率为86.86%、82.12%遵医嘱饮食、20.07%出现并发症、护理满意度达88.89%;对照组的合理作息率为68.61%、63.54%遵医嘱饮食、32.29%出现并发症、护理满意度达73.36%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理管理方式使医院感染科陪护工作转被动为主动,使患者生活更加规律,减少了并发症,提高了患者满意度。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of predictive nursing on chaperone in department of infectious diseases so as to improve the satisfaction of patients. METHODS A total of 548 cases of patients, who hospitalized in the department of infectious diseases from May 2010 to Apr 2012, were enrolled in the study and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group; the observation group was treated with the predictive nursing during the treatment, while the control group was given the conventional nursing; the work schedule, execution of doctor's advice, complication, and the patient's satisfaction to nurses were recoded and compared between the two groups. RESULTS In the observation group, 86. 86% of the patients had the reasonable work schedule, 82.12obeyed the doctor's advice, 20.07% were with complications, and 88.89%% were satisfied with the nursing; in the control group, 68.61% of the patients had the reasonable work schedule, 63. 54%obeyed the doctor's advice, 32. 29% were with complications, and 73.76% were satisfied with the nursing, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). CONCLUSION The predictive nursing management can convert the passive chaperone into the active chaperone, make the patients life more regular, reduce the complications, and improve the patients satisfaction.
