宜昌市夷陵区农村2型糖尿病患者糖尿病周围神经病变患病状况及相关因素的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨湖北省宜昌市夷陵区农村T2DM患者糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患病状况及相关因素。方法多级分层抽样调查夷陵区农村T2DM患者,予问卷调查、体格检查、实验室检查和特殊检查后录入数据,根据有无DPN分为DPN组及非DPN(Non-DPN)组进行分析。结果夷陵区农村T2DM患者DPN患病率约为59.8%(207/346),两组年龄、糖尿病病程、腰高比和踝肱指数(ABI)比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,DPN患病率与年龄、性别、糖尿病病程、腰高比、ABI、FPG和FIns有关。结论宜昌市夷陵区农村T2DM患者DPN患病率较高,年龄、糖尿病病程、腰高比、ABI和FPG是该地区T2DM患者DPN的相关因素。 Objective To explore the prevalence and relevant factors of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in T2DM patients who lived in rural areas of Yiling District, Yiehang. Methods A multistage stratified sampling was performed in the T2DM patients living in the rural areas of Yiling District, Yichang, Hubei Province. The questionnaire survey, physical examination, laboratory tests, and special examinations were performed, and all data were collected. The patients were divided into two groups for statistical analysis: diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) group and non-diabetic peripheral nerve lesions (Non-DPN) group. Results The prevalence of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in T2DM patients in the rural areas of Yiling District was approximately 59.8% (207/346). Significant differences between the two groups were observed in age, T2DM duration, waist height ratio and ankle-brachial index (ABD (P〈0. 05). Logistic regression analysis showed that age, gender, diabetes duration, waist to height ratio, ABI, FPG, and Fins were significantly correlated with DPN. Conclusion The prevalence of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in T2DM patients was high in the rural area of Yiling District, Yichang. In this population-based study, the age, gender, diabetes duration, waist to height ratio, and ABI and FPG levels are important relevant factors of DPN in T2DM patients in this region.
