摘要
本文对使用三种不同方法制备的ZTM/Al_2O_3复相陶瓷的某些特性进行了研究。结果表明:不同的制备方法对试样的抗弯强度及断裂韧性有明显的影响。而Al_2O_3含量和Y_2O_3的状态对试样的烧结温度也有影响。对于某些材料一定程度的预粗化处理是必需的。但是在我们的实践中,它对用第三种方法制备的试样不会产生影响。用第三种方法制成的ZTM/ Al_2O_3材料,在强力风冷后,具有高的弯曲强度。可以看到,这些材料可以用于许多高温耐火领域。
Some technical properties of ZTM/Al2O3 manufactured by three different methods were studied.The results showed that the bending strength and toughness of specimens were considerably influenced by the manufacture methods;The sintering temperature of specimens had also been influenced by the content of Al2O3 and the state of Y2O3;Precoarsening,to some extent, was necessary for some materials. But it could not make effect on the specimen manufactured by the third method in our experience. High bending strength ZTM/Al2O3 materials manufactured by the third method had been obtained after the forced air quenching. It seemed that these materials could be used in high temperature refractory field.
